Outdoor Boudoir

Looking for something a little different for your boudoir session? Want to be a little daring, or maybe that feeling of being completely free? Outdoor boudoir is a great way to express just that. Most boudoir photos are taken indoors. Some choose to go to a studio, some to a hotel, or some even go to a location. The great outdoors is a way to express yourself as getting back to nature. Almost every woman I have talked with who has had a boudoir session expressed how empowering it was. Imagine the confidence an outdoor session would give!

Have you ever thought of places around your home that would make an interesting backdrop for your images? Maybe a pool, a staircase or even patio furniture.  Like the first image above, we chose the front door. Of course, if you live in a crowded neighborhood or a busy area in town you might take that into consideration!  But a place that is fairly secluded and has a classy door or railing might give you a pretty cool intimate portrait. 

Or if you are a lover of nature, you may choose a field just before sunset. I love the openness and the freedom that shows in the middle image. This would be a great way to remember your session as a personal touch. 

One thing that I strictly adhere to with my boudoir business is the privacy of my clients and models. No one sees the images unless they give me permission to use them. In the same way, if you are a bit shy and choose for an outdoor session, you may want to look at a location that will guarantee your privacy. I love that I am able to shoot on location, and I do everything I can to assure that.
