Love Your Body!!

This week I have invited a close friend of mine, Shelley, to share her story with you. I will let her introduce herself since she will do this so much better than I would. 

"A woman who loves her own body is a powerful thing. I just authored a book about restoring a woman's dignity to transform her body called My Secret Escape. I'm the Creator of www.losingcoach.com and have coached thousands of women to successful transformations. So I know a lot about how women feel about their bodies, and what is required to transform herself from the inside out.  And it's all about how she sees herself in her mind's eye. Is she judgmental and critical of her body?  Or can she see how beautiful she really is?  If a woman can see it and truly love, appreciate and feel confident in her body (no matter the shape or size), then powerful decisions and confident behavior will follow.

This is why I am a huge fan of boudoir photography.  Simply, it's beautiful. It makes a woman look beautiful. It makes a woman feel beautiful. When you have a good boudoir photographer, like Jerry, behind the camera, here's what happens- his skilled eye can capture a beautiful image of any woman; then she will be able to SEE how beautiful she really is.  She will see it and she will FEEL it.  This is powerful because it is actually training her mind's eye to see and appreciate her own body!  Trust me, and I know, because I've done it, this will begin a very powerful transformation in her confidence level and she will experience the power in being a beautiful woman!

It's true!  If you don't understand or never experienced this power, it's not hard to begin this transformation...it all starts in your mind's eye."
