I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine began with a traditional dinner in a non-traditional way- on the beach with friends! Dinner on Madeira Beach is delicious and a great Florida tradition. Just when I thought things couldn't get better, they did.
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for family and friends. On Friday, I flew to the state of Delaware for the wedding of my nephew and his lovely bride. Family came from California, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina and Florida. As you can guess, we all don't get together very often. I had a great time dining and talking with family, some that I had not seen in a few years, and meeting new friends who have such love for family. There was truly a celebration and we were welcomed like we had been friends for years. I am thankful that I can keep long-distance relationships. All my life I have been blessed with extraordinary family and friends.
I know that this week's post is not filled with boudoir sessions or women's portraiture. I just wanted to show thanks for the many people in my life. I do love this time of year. Now, on to the Polar Express!
